OL International Acquires USA Operation of Transitainer Global
OL International Holdings LLC (OL International)
today announced the acquisition of the USA office of Transitainer Global based in Long
Beach, California. Transitainer, a specialist in the shipment of air and ocean freight to
Australia, has been a recognized leader in the trade since 1986. Transitainer brings
significant experience and capability to the OL International portfolio of logistics
services within the South Pacific and Australian markets.
OL International acquires Orion Marine Corp
OL International Holdings LLC (OL International) today announced the acquisition of project steamship agent and broker Orion Marine Corporation (Orion Marine). Orion Marine, which also operated under the ConFlo Lines brand, is a specialist in delivering project, oversized and hazardous cargo to remote and difficult to reach corners of the globe. Orion Marine brings significant experience and capability to the OL International portfolio of logistics services.
Santander Closes $10MM Revolver with OL International
Santander Bank‘s Corporate and Commercial Banking division has closed a $10 million senior secured revolving line of credit with OL International, an ocean and airfreight cargo transportation provider.
OL USA Announces the Promotion of Carrie Murphy to Chief Commercial Officer of OL USA
OL International Holdings LLC (OL International) today announced the promotion of Carrie Murphy to Chief Commercial Officer of OL USA (formerly TTS Worldwide). Ms. Murphy joined TTS Worldwide in 2012, playing a key part in the growth of the company and its rebranding as OL USA, which becomes effective February 1st.
TTS WORLDWIDE TO BECOME OL USA
OL International Holdings LLC (OL International) today announced the renaming and rebranding of TTS Worldwide as OL USA. Effective February 1st, 2017, the change is the latest and most symbolic development in an aggressive, multi-year strategic expansion plan for OL International’s businesses – now with representatives on the ground in over 140 countries. The announcement follows quickly on the heels of the launch of OL South Africa and OL Dubai in recent months.
